Through this partnership, marketers will now be able to buy mobile video ads through Rhythm that are delivered to over 3.5 million Comedy Time subscribers. Rhythm offers ad sales, ad serving, and a patent-pending system for measuring customer satisfaction and ad effectiveness.

The Comedy Time Network is a made for mobile network available on Sprint, VCAST, Cingular, MobiTV, Altel, and U.S. wireless. Internationally it is distributed in the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Canada, Mexico, South America, South Africa, the Philippines, Eastern Europe and Singapore
Rhythm NewMedia offers ad-funded content on 3UK, Telecom Italia and T-Mobile-UK.
