AccuWeather.com and Rhythm NewMedia Join in Offering Ad-Supported Mobile Video

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. April 29, 2008 - AccuWeather.com® and Rhythm NewMedia today announced that AccuWeather.com forecast videos are now included in Rhythm’s range of
ad-supported mobile content. Local forecasts for over 100 cities, regional forecasts, national forecasts and breaking severe weather videos will now be available inventory for mobile video ads sold by Rhythm NewMedia. AccuWeather.com forecasting videos will be offered in two-minute segments, alongside other snack sized video content offered to consumers for free in exchange for watching a short pre or post roll video ad.

Rhythm
delivers a targeted and personalized video ad before the AccuWeather video content based on demographic data collected. Rhythm both sells and serves these video ads and its in-line brand awareness research system is used for measuring customer satisfaction and ad effectiveness. In addition to targeting by demographic data, advertisers can also specify frequency caps to help prevent waste.
